Michelle’s seminars really help to reinforce the health and wellness tips (that we know, but sometimes forget) and the importance of incorporating them into our everyday life. Working on our stress levels and remembering to work-out (or just get up and walk) a few times a week, really helps put things back into perspective; it also makes me more energized and focused! A certified group exercise instructor will come on-site to provide a 60-minute class for as many employees as can safely participate.

Class types available include

Our group exercise instructors have been practicing their modalities for a minimum of 3 years. Classes can be provided outside, in a conference room, or any other space that will fit those that want to participate.

Companies can request a therapist to provide massage on-site to employees.  Typically sessions are 10-minute chair massages but employer groups can choose time.  We can either charge the employee or the company can provide the service.  

All massage therapists have a current license in the State that they provide services. Therapists provide the highest level of massage quality and will arrive on-site with all equipment  needed to ensure a successful event. Wishing Well Works can manage scheduling as part of this service.

Webinars are a great way to provide flexible wellness programming for companies that may have multiple locations, employees that travel, or need a program that is less structured than live seminars. Any Wishing Well Works title can be delivered as a webinar. 

Webinars are 60-minutes in length and can be purchased and offered to an entire workplace or a single individual. They are taught by Master-Level health educators or professionals certified in their area of specialty.

All series include access to a workbook and those available include: 

The Weight is OVER– An online weight loss program offered weekly for 8 weeks.  Each participant will complete a pre-assessment and post-assessment including weight, body fat, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio. Additionally all participants receive 2 online coaching sessions.  $125

Stress LESS– This is weekly online stress relief/management program that runs for 6 weeks.  Each participant will learn about the physiology of stress as well as practical relaxation techniques. $100

Nurturing NUTRITION– This is an online 8-week program that teaches participants about nutrition.  We will discuss reading food labels, understanding what               individuals need as far as nutrition, vitamins and minerals, and smart shopping.  $125

Kick BUTT– This is an online 6-week smoking cessation program created by a former smoker.  It is a behavioral approach to quitting that does not use nicotine replacement.  $100

Being WELL– This is an 8 week program that help participants understand the best ways to stay healthy, prevent injury and chronic disease.  We will touch on nutrition, sleep health, stress management, exercise and  much more.  $125

 

 
 

Individualized telephonic and online health coaching is provided to clients on a variety of health topics.

Each participant will complete a health assessment to better guide the single or multiple sessions provided. Sessions will walk clients through the process of meeting a particular health goal. 

Individuals can purchase any number of sessions desired and companies can purchase coaching packages for employees (discount provided- please contact us for more information).  Sessions can be 20 or 30-minutes.  Please see our how coaching works page for more information.

Wishing Well Works partners with a network of providers who are available to come on site for health and benefit fairs.  We will provide marketing, set-up, vendors, and interactive activities for employees. Clients can be rest assured that the fair will engage employees and include games, prizes, and complete coordination of the vendors.  Companies can choose services related to:

Mission FITpossible- The body fat loss and fitness challenge is meant to encourage healthier choices both in nutrition and physical activity.  Participants will do a pre-assessment with weight, body fat percentage, and a fitness test. Every week they will be provided with a seminar/webinar, weekend challenges, and optional group exercise class. They will complete the same post-assessment at the end of the 8 week challenge Each week an on-site seminar or webinar will be offered to help participants better understand the science behind losing weight as well as nutrition and exercise.

Healthy Habit Challenge- This is a 12-week challenge where employees are learning how to change one tiny habit at a time. All participants receive a workbook to help them through each habit. There will be weekly seminars/webinars and also a pre- and post-assessment to help employees recognize the changes they have made throughout the program.

Waikiki Walking Challenge- A walking map is provided with a several icons for teams to choose from. Teams form of 4-6 people (client choice) and have weekly goals to meet. Each week there is an opportunity to complete a challenge and if completed adds to their total number of steps. Prizes awarded at the end of the 8 weeks!

Get FIT- This is an 8-week strength-based program encouraging participants to build their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.    Participants will complete a pre-assessment on fitness capability. They will then be provided with 1 cardio class and 1 yoga or core class every week. Additionally they will be emailed virtual workouts. Every Friday there will be a challenge to complete. Participants who gain the most points from pre-assessment to post assessment will win.

Mind Space- This is an 8-week mental health program. It will help employees better understand a variety of mental health topics including anxiety/depression, effective communication, stress management, and self-care. Each week participants will attend a seminar/webinar and have activities to do that explore each topic.
