Michelle’s seminars really help to reinforce the health and wellness tips (that we know, but sometimes forget) and the importance of incorporating them into our everyday life. Working on our stress levels and remembering to work-out (or just get up and walk) a few times a week, really helps put things back into perspective; it also makes me more energized and focused! She does a great job on delivery and makes her examples fun and relatable!
